INITIAL HEALTH & SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE (HSR) TRAINING
5 Days, either:
- Five consecutive days in One week, or
- One day per week for Five weeks
For New Reps
The foundational course required for newly elected Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs). Covers legislative frameworks, issue resolution, and practical risk management strategies.

Annual Requirement
Keep your HSRs up-to-date with the latest legislative changes and reinforce their skills. Recommended annually to maintain high safety standards and compliance.
